From a business perspective, Grace Church operates as an incorporated non profit charity known as the Parish of Grace Church, Markham, the officers of which are the Incumbent and the two Churchwardens. The Churchwardens are ably assisted by three Deputy Churchwardens.

Much of the successful operation of Grace Church is to a large extent the result of the devotion, skills, and abilities of its numerous volunteers.

Grace Church offers a cross section of interesting activities for all parishioners and all are encouraged to get involved in a Christian ministry in an area suiting their interest, particularly if new to the community worshiping at Grace Church, for there is an array of choices:
